Copy Module Preferences

If you have configured preference settings for a repair center and want to apply those settings to another repair center, you can use the Copy feature.

1. Access preferences by selecting Tools > Preferences from the Main Menu.

   The preferences for the currently accessed module display in the Preferences window.

2. Select the module folder you want to work with from the Module/Category menu on the left.

   The page refreshes, displaying preferences for the selected module.

3. Select Repair Center from the Set Preferences for field at the top of the window.

4. Select the repair center whose settings you want to copy from the field below the Set Preferences for field.

   The preferences for that repair center display.

5. Click the Copy Preferences button.

   The Copy Preferences window opens.

6. Choose between two options:

   • Double-click the repair center you want to copy preferences to.

   • Select the repair center you want to copy preferences to and click the Move button .

     Each repair center selected in Step 6 is moved to the Copy To field on the right.

7. Click Apply.

   All settings for the originally displayed repair center are copied to each repair center in the Copy To field.
